Custom Knowledge not working through API key #2790

Description

Bladeswap have synced medium files through their account. When asking the question on IQGPT.com, it answers using the medium file, but when asking the bot (after API key was already authenticated), it doesn't pull from custom knowledge.

I believe this would also be fixed with https://github.com/EveripediaNetwork/issues/issues/2767 @Softdev1 can you verify this ?
