Connect IQ Social and IQ Wiki with Wiki Link Suggestion Widget #3160

Description

we need to be connect IQ Social and IQ Wiki so that when someone posts a link, they should have a place where they can link multiple wikis with kind of a suggestion widget when they type the name of the wikis

users can add wikis using the input provided. Then an also remove wikis as well. NB: In the second image, the "add wiki modal" is a popover that opens when you click on the search wiki input to give suggestions of wikis to add and also to show search result.

Wikis added will be displayed on the article page just before comments.
