Create new workflow to maintain apify frequency cron runs to fetch around 50 tweets

Description

we got blacklisted because we use tight filter to save pay as you go but thats effecting cost per runs for apify. To get whitelisted we are asked to atleast maintain 50tweets per request. But that cannot be everytime changed explicitly so we are going to make new workflow to make the changes implicit and maintain around 50 tweets
