AEther cards borked #14

Any card that has the AEther replacement for Æther cannot be viewed.

Prices and cardText are borked. A simple replacement for Æ for AE works for cardText but sad things are happening on the backend for prices.

This issue needs to be addressed in the backend, Everlag/preordain-backend/issues/8

The client may have to massage some naming as a special case.
