Change the project license to Apache 2.0 #88

Hello,

I assume you picked the CDDL + GPL w/ CPE dual license because this is what NetBeans uses.

But now that NetBeans is being donated to the Apache Software Foundation the whole NetBeans codebase will be relicensed to Apache 2.0.

It might be a good idea to change the license to this project too.

This move would also align the whole project under a single license since you are already including Apache 2.0 code (server/ and lib.d.ts).

Any news here? A donation to the NetBeans core could also be nice and a big benefit, As I can see, no real progress anymore and lot of discussions on PRs etc.

@jeffrey-easyesi, @jamie-everlaw or @Jiatao-Everlaw can someone of you say smth about that please? It would be nice to implement this plugin into the NetBeans. This gives more freedom, because implementing Vue for example, depends on TypeScript, when you use the attribute 'lang="ts"' in your vue file for the script tag.

In my point of view it would make more sense to donate the whole code to NetBeans. As I can see, there is no real progress anymore here.
