Dynmap location tagging

Players would like to tag their bases on the map to show location and details for those who wish to opt-in. This would allow players to:

• find their base using a public tool (notes are also an option)
• welcome visitors to check out their build
• describe a shop owned by the player and what they offer
• request Mint to add their shop to the map

Any public lands tagging will be done via request by Mint using a command in game with the required details.

• /marker info - Get info about a marker if name is not provided own marker will be returned

• [ ] Command for MINT to add/remove/edit personal markers?

• /mmarker <add/edit/remove> - Should be a confirmation to remove a marker.
