Web components and enhancing the dom API #38

A small presentation about what web components are, the current status of the standard, what shadow DOM is and how to deal with it would be nice. Also a follow up discussion of how to build web component based API's especially around styling would be usefull.

I can, but if anyone else wants to do it go ahead since I consider the research itself for this kind of thing a great learning experience.
