Sometimes the Palemane Poacher does not atack. If you aggro him by going into range, he works properly (hitting with its bow) but if you start atacking him from distance, he runs til he is in range to shoot, but just stares at you from there, with his sword on his hand.
When he's low enough to flee, he shoots once before fleeing.
