So I'm fishing on Jaguero Isle and every so often I will fish up nothing. That bag rustling sound will play and no loot window will appear. Initially I thought that it was caused by the addon Mob Info 2, because an error message would appear coming from that addon everytime this would happen, so I disabled it. I'm still getting the issue after I have disabled it.
