Green Whelp Armor is using the wrong itemazation / stats version in-game right now. I believe this server is using pre-patch itemazations, correct? If you guys are using the same code or whatever as Nostalrius for that, then there are indeed going to be a lot of cases of this.
You can also see the later patch iterations of the item there. As you can see the later updated version is currently the one in-game. As opposed to the original version linked above.
