The Scarlet Warriors in Tirisfal Glades have an abnormally high parry rate. It was not unusual for these mobs to parry 10 times in the ~25 seconds it took to kill them. No other mobs have parried as often as these mobs, not even other humanoid Scarlet NPCs. I believe this is singularly an issue with the Scarlet Warrior.
