Caster mobs ignore LoS

I've been leveling and so far Kobold Geomancers in Elwynn, Frostmane Seers in Dun Morogh and Stonesplinter Scouts in Loch Modan all ignore line of sight when casting in combat. I've tried hiding behind terrain and trees and the spells just go through and hit you anyway. If you hide they keep seeing you and only chase you and attack in melee after a while.

They ignore the scope limit too. If they start a spell and you go away out of touch, the spell is casted.
