gh-pages branch is not up to date #2

FINALLY today we have learned why the notes app has been stuck in the marketplace review queue forever... Because the gh-pages branch is not completely up to date! The latest commit to the manifest file, hilariously enough, intentionally adds an error to the manifest file... Which causes it to fail review.

Fixed the manifest- also removed the Device Storage permissions as it's not needed if we us MozActivity.

Thanks for the fix. Just out of my own curiosity, I believe if the manifest is already in the review queue, it cannot be re-submitted. Were you able to re-submit?

I can''t really tell, since there's no indication of the manifest content in the marketplace- so I can't really know if the listing on the marketplace contains the newest one.
