"Invalid Calling Object" in IE after initial load (and maybe after update) #50

spa cannot auto-refresh window. I suppose location.reload gets wrapped somewhere and cannot be used as host method anymore.

This bug has been since 0.0.x, it's just other bugs had more priority.
