Hi Evan! And thank you for this tool!

I think cache with configurable timeout may be helpful not only for me. Please confirm. PS I forgot to create an issue, but if it can still be useful I'll do it later

Thanks for the contribution. I think it would be less confusing to leave --no-cache and --cache-timeout as separate options, where --no-cache takes precedence.
