totp support for type and show arguments

• Adding TOTP support to type and show arguments of passhole.
• TOTP is generated using pytotp module.
• The 'otp' and 'TOTP Seed' fields are used to generate TOTP.

Seems I made a mistake with my last commit. Your original implementation was the right way to do this. This is fixed in 1.9.7
