ph show <entry> --field totp

Make passhole's show command can print entry's totp directly.
Add a restart command to restart background process when needed.

Sorry it took so long for me to look at this. I've made some changes:

ph show entry --field totp will show the OTP URI instead of generated a TOTP code
ph show entry --otp generates the TOTP code
ph show entry now shows a QR code with the OTP URI
