href routing at k-kaufmann page fixed and competition page form render and validation #241

The site was not routing back to index.html when clicked on Hacktober link, there was issue with href routing. Fixed now!

Hey @infy815 , sorry but there are too many merge conflicts for me to merge right now. Can you rebase, fix the conflicts yoruself, and resubmit the PR?
