Added styling to competitions page and edited bouncy balls in index page #249

Added internal styling in competition.html randomized the bouncy balls

Not sure what the point of this PR is... why are you recommitting things that others have already committed?

The Competitions.html page was a very simple html page so I added styling to it. I don't claim that I own that html page.. i just contributed and I was getting started with opensource stuff during hacktoberfest hence I just tried to contribute something.
