Add scripting support to the engine.

This will be used in the editor to add special behaviour to entities.

This should also get a component.

We could consider different scripting languages. 
I like python for example.
Or consider writing our own scripting language (very simple but with the needed 
features)

I did some research! so scratch python

possible options:
- Lua
- Angelscript
- Squirrel

Add more if you want
