Add BatteryLess patch from lesserkuma #23

This PR will port the mod from lesserkuma for batteryless saving mod to jagoombacolor which has a lots of fixing bugs and incompatibilities.

Having both merged will allow GBA retro gamer to have the best goombacolor ever!

@lesserkuma @EvilJagaGenius can you help to review. ~~I can not build the goombacolor successfully yet to test. I will try later when having a chance.~~

Updated: tested and unluckily it does not work in real flash cart, save is not saved. May need more work :(
