Not *ALL* Non-SGB games use the new "Black & White" pallet. #34

I've noticed most games do fine, but some still use the default white/green/blue/black pallet when they boot up. (Might be an easy fix, maybe not, I dunno. But just wanted to bring it to someone's attention.)

as well as super game boy palettes, the game boy colour has a set of built-in palletes that it picks for some games. if no pallette is found for a game, gbc hardware will pick the ugly Wario Blast palette by default, so i simply changed it to pick greyscale in this particular case.
