ragpicker.py does not work through TOR #9

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run ragpicker.py (version 0.06.00) on an Ubuntu based machine through tor 
proxy does not seem to work.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
downloading malware samples from various sources

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ragpicker version 0.06.00 on Ubuntu 14.04 LTS.
