Some issues in Evilnat 4.91 [PEX] #52

I have Evilnat 4.91 Cobra 8.4 [PEX], IRISMAN 4.91 and FileZilla Client installed and I'm having these issues:

1 - The PS3 beeps thrice and restarts when exiting IRISMAN after holding the PS button and clicking "Yes" after uploading files from the PC to the PS3 with FileZilla Client and with an USB device connected to my PS3;

2 - The PS3 often freezes when returning to XMB from IRISMAN after pressing the Circle button and clicking "Yes" after uploading files from the PC to the PS3 with FileZilla Client and with an USB device connected to my PS3 and when clicking the PS3's power button, the PS3 beeps thrice and turns off;

3 - Sometimes, the PS3 also beeps thrice and restarts after exiting a game or app using the PS button and clicking "Yes" with an USB device connected to my PS3;

4 - There are times when the PS3 beeps thrice and restarts in other occasions as well;

5 - Occasionally, when using FileZilla Client to upload PKG files from the PC to the PS3 while IRISMAN is running, the uploads start very slowly (like under 1 MiB/s) and take some time to reach the right speed (18/19 something MiB/s). I sometimes have to close and run FileZilla Client for it to reach the right speed;

6 - If I leave FileZilla Client connected to the PS3 for some time, I can't reconnect to it until I close FileZilla Client and run it again. This also happens with the PS2, PSP, PS Vita and PS TV;

7 - My PS3 keeps asking to connect the controller and press the PS button. I also have this issue with the stock HDD (the current HDD was bought in August 2021);

8 - After clicking "Check File system", it doesn't even reach 50% and the PS3 restarts to XMB.

EDIT: If I close FileZilla Client after uploading files from the PC to the PS3 or if I don't connect an USB device to the PS3 before uploading them (or if I take it after uploading them), I can exit IRISMAN after holding the PS button and clicking "Yes" without the PS3 beeping thrice and restarting and I can return to XMB from IRISMAN after pressing the Circle button and clicking "Yes" without the PS3 beeping thrice and turning off.

EDIT 2: I've reinstalled Evilnat 4.91 Cobra 8.4 [PEX], IRISMAN 4.91 and FileZilla Client, used the "Restore File System" and "Rebuild Database" settings from the PS3's Safe Mode and swapped the PS3's HDD for the stock one and for a SSD I bought in February 2023 and I still have these issues.

EDIT 3: Thanks to the SSD, I'm now getting 21 something MiB/s instead of 18/19 something MiB/s when uploading PKG files from the PC to the PS3, at least.

EDIT 4: I have a new PC and when uploading PKG files from the PC to the PS3, I'm now getting 22 MiB/s (and even slightly more).

EDIT 5: Now, the PS3 sometimes says it cannot start and the appropriate system storage was not found. I never had this problem with both HDDs.

EDIT 6: Currently, the PS3 isn't saying it cannot start and the appropriate system storage was not found but the PS3 still asks to connect the controller and press the PS button from time to time. I only had the former problem that day.

EDIT 7: I haven't had the latter issue.

EDIT 8: I had the latter issue again.

EDIT 9: I was told in PSX-Place the PS3 saying it cannot start and the appropriate system storage was not found problem was a known issue if using a SSD since the PS3 doesn't support it and lacks some features to handle it well.

EDIT 10: The "Check File System" setting in "Service Tools" under "* Custom Firmware Tools" isn't working on Evilnat 4.91.2 Cobra 8.5 [PEX] [BETA 4]. The PS3 just restarts to XMB when clicking it. Other users reported this problem so a recent Evilnat version broke it.

EDIT 11: FileZilla Client can't show the PS3's directories when clicking "Enable FTP" in "Cobra Tools" under "* Custom Firmware Tools" if an external HDD is connected to the console.

EDIT 12: Now, my PS3 is stuck a 47% in system file restore, no matter what I do. It asks to format the SSD and if I do that I'll lose all the game data, like PSN games, DLC, game saves and apps. The console even freezes when I click to rebuild the database or to install the FW in Safe Mode so unfortunately, it seems I have no choice but to format the SSD. I'm tired of having problems. I might as well return to the HDD since I've been told the PS3 has problems with some SSDs (even though I had a lot of them with HDDs and on different PS3s).

EDIT 13: I formatted the SSD and set "Improper Shutdown Warning" to "On" and I stopped having the "Check File System" setting issue. I had to click "Toggle Debug Settings" (in " Custom Firmware Tools" under "CEX2DEX Tools") to change "Debug Settings:" to "DEX" for the "Improper Shutdown Warning" setting to appear in " Debug Settings". A PSX-Place user told to set "Improper Shutdown Warning" to "Off" since he was also having this issue and that had fixed it. Also, now, when checking the HDD after clicking "Check File System" in "Service Tools" under "* Custom Firmware Tools", it reaches 100% before the PS3 restarts but that might happen because I formatted the SSD.

EDIT 14: The PS3 said it cannot start and the appropriate system storage was not found again. I'll swap the SSD for the HDD I bought in August 2021.

EDIT 15: I swapped the SSD for the HDD, installed Evilnat 4.91.2 Cobra 8.5 [PEX] [BETA 6] and I still have all problems except the PS3 isn't asking to connect the controller and press the PS button and isn't saying it cannot start and the appropriate system storage was not found, "Check File system" still reaches 100% and the PS3 restarts to XMB and FileZilla Client can now show the PS3's directories when clicking "Enable FTP" in "Cobra Tools" under "* Custom Firmware Tools" with an external HDD is connected to the console (it can even show the external HDD's NTFS partition if used along FileZilla Client, which IRISMAN can't).

EDIT 16: Now, FileZilla Client can't show the PS3's directories when clicking "Enable FTP" in "Cobra Tools" under "* Custom Firmware Tools" if an external HDD is connected to the console again. It says "Connection established, waiting for welcome message...", then "Connection timedout after 20 seconds of inactivity" and finally "Could not connect to server".

EDIT 17: Now, "Check File system" isn't reaching 50% and the PS3 restarts to XMB. Maybe it's normal behavior since it might have to do with PKGs having been installed (I also had this problem when I had less PKG installed and on the SSD and now I'm using the HDD).
