User Registration

As a new user, I want to register using my email and a password, so that I can create an account to access Hitch Hound.

Required Tasks

• Create a registration form with three mandatory fields: email, password, confirm password.
• Ensure this creates a new user in the database

Acceptance Criteria

Given I am on the Hitch Hound site, When I select the option to 'Register, Then I am able to create an account via the registration form provided.

Given I am already registered, When I select the option to 'Register', Then I am not able to create a duplicate account.
