Create basic front-end

As a user, I want a front-end to interact with, so that I can use Hitch Hound as intended.

Required Tasks

Create the basic front-end elements of the site including:

• background
• page set up
• logo
• navbar

Acceptance Criteria

Given I have the URL for the Hitch Hound site When I access it Then I can see the basic front end including the background, pages, logo and navbar.

• Base template, urls and views set up so that clicking the navigation bar links from any page, takes the user to the correct page
• The logo takes you to the home page too
• Basic styling
