As a user, I want to view all created issues, so that I can get an overview of all the issues relating to the project.

Required Tasks

Create a view of all issues
Add sorting based on each of the fields visible on the list view
Create a view of issues per project

Acceptance Criteria

Given I am a logged in user, When I access the list of issues, Then I can view all of them or just those assigned to a particular project.
