Model creation and API integration for Profile model

• Create the model in the database in the API repo
• Implement all auth
• Create the serialiser and view
• Set up the endpoint
• Create the hook(s) in the front end repo
• Add some data via the admin panel
• Integrate the data with the page(s) it relates to

In the end, I had to change the User model to be a Profile model to enable All Auth without any naming clashes.
