Manialinks

This adds the base system for handling of Manialinks such as:

• Manialink actions (page actions)
• Manialink controller actions
• Automatic user input validation
• Manialink action route builder
• Manialink action permissions
• Manialink templates
• Registration & unregistration of manialink templates at runtime
• Modules can add their own manialinks and use other module's manialinks.
• Showing/Hiding of manialinks to all players, a specific player or a set of players
• Persistent mainalinks

In addition to manialinks, I have created a simple module to test the system with the "SetName" module which allows users to set a custom nickname.
