Updated GbxRemote.NET with it's new mockable client.
Added several helper methods to create mocks for mocking controllers and services within a context.
Tests can inherit controller context classes to simplify controller testing.
Added the new testing methods to some modules.
Small API change: controllers should now specify the context type's interface instead of class. This makes them testable.
