[BUG] Map authors have account ID as default nickname #281

Describe the bug Players that are map authors have their account ID as nickname

To Reproduce

Create map
Add to server playlist
Clear Players table
Restart server + EvoSC#
Join Server

Expected behavior Nickname should be set to Ubisoft Account name on first join or stay empty when Player row is created from a map.
