xaseco importer - incorrect character handling [TMF] #25

Tried to import my xaseco database, hard to show this one but you can check it on the screenshot nicknames Third place should be "Świeży", it is a little messy right now.

But as for the moment, converter took 6MB database with 10k records for 700 tracks like a charm.

The problem was with database itself, after fixing database it works just fine.
