ES intl localization missing #1

We'll need to make sure the plugin displays text correctly in English AND Spanish... and Portuguese, of course. :)

@educationfutures Thank you for your explanation. This is totally possible. The plugin has the lang files, you just need to have a lang file for each language. All strings used in the portfolio plugin can be viewed here: https://github.com/EvokeNet/moodle-mod_evokeportfolio/blob/main/lang/en/evokeportfolio.php

Who is the best person to do that translation? I just need the strings of each language.

Perfect. I can take a stab at the Spanish version and/or we can ask Jorge to help with it when the list of strings is complete.
