P value input parameter does not affact results

I expected to see a difference in results when adjusting the -p parameter, but this was not the case. I checked this by looking at the md5sum of the output fasta (where created, see other issue that I'm about to raise).

tried to replicate this behaviour today for a different species and got the above

The -p option expects a value between 0 and 1. I have now edited fur to check that's the case.
