ClassPortraits addon - need to add DK class icon #3

Gonna have to do some artistic icon just for it to get stolen by normans again FeelsGreatMan

Would also be good to 2x UPSCALE the default class icon image board and refactor the colouring -- 512x512 from current 256 as the new client allows loading up bigger files

Fixed, all images/art upscaled and recolored -- now looks more HD-like + supa new death knight icon .. hopefully nobody steals it like always
