ToDo: Increase the maximum amount of visible debuffs on PartyFrames AND filter out useless ones #52

Currently supports only 1 line of around 4 debuffs, I need atleast 2 rows.

bigdebuffs addon fixes this but only for raidstyle party frames, not the original party frames

filter out these: 26013, -- Deserter -- War 46857, -- Trauma 30070, -- Blood Frenzy -- Priest 6788, -- Weakened Soul (tracking it better with custom WA instead) -- Shaman 30708, -- Totem of Wrath -- exhaustion -- sated -- Rogue 48660, -- Hemorrhage -- Warlock 29341, --"Shadowburn"
