Error when import InstructBLIP #94

It seems that the mmmu task does not have this utils_group_img file.

Hi, sorry for the inconvenience. I forgot to cherry-pick the correspond commit from internal to public repo when fixing the instructblip error. Can you try again whether you can import instructblip now?
