[BUG] Theme Context API not using saved localStorage theme #36

Describe the bug When you reload the page, the theme context gets the default theme, not the one saved on localStorage

To Reproduce set any theme except for dark, then reload the page

Expected behavior for it to use/set the theme saved in localStorage
