credential error #12

I get this error : [!] Getting user contacts for isabelle.lempere@XXXXX.be failed. Error: [ErrorAccessDenied] : Access is denied. Check credentials and try again. Where is my mistake...?

Lack of permissions for the app - probably similar to below
