This PR resolves:

Adds ability to use AddTableAfter without WordTableStyle
Adds ability to use AddTableBefore without WordTableStyle

public WordTable AddTableAfter(int rows, int columns, WordTableStyle tableStyle = WordTableStyle.TableGrid)
public WordTable AddTableBefore(int rows, int columns, WordTableStyle tableStyle = WordTableStyle.TableGrid)
