Add Remove & Merge Lists

This PR resolves issue:

• https://github.com/EvotecIT/OfficeIMO/issues/206

This PR adds:

• Merging document.Lists[0].Merge(document.Lists[1]);
• Removal document.Lists[0].Remove();

How to use:
