This PR fixes:

Width and Height Centimeters no longer require relative width / height percentage to be set to 0 https://github.com/EvotecIT/OfficeIMO/issues/183
Fixes typo in HorizontalPositionOffset and HorizontalPositionOffsetCentimeters which may require some code changes
Added some docs
