Implement Canonical String representation #3

Items have a canonical String representation as defined in the shoppinglist-api. The current implementation should be adjusted to comply to the canonical representation.

mostly better by now. Could consider a bit more formatting like web app does, i.e. to emphasise the unit and amount.
