Description: Necromancer skill that deals physical damage and creates a large blood pool if the target is already bleeding.

Skill functionality implemented. TODO: add icons, skillbook, vendor settings, animations

Also need to verify status functionality.

Verified statuses are working now across the board (CON_DOWN_X types)
