Update thermo material test data files and with it.

A problem with the current test is that the matieral used for testing (read from modelling/process/materials/data/thermomaterial.test.ilmenite.txt) contains the following compounds for which there are no corresponding Compound_*.json files:

Cr2O3
K2O
MnO
Na2O
P4O10
V2O5

I have removed the compounds above from the test file (in 0652f2b9c20cf39dce1618edac7f0d329408ebcb), but now find that there are problems with the phases. Specifically all the compounds in the test file have phases listed as [S] while at leaste Fe2O3 has the phase Salpha. I will align the phases in the test file with the .json file data.
