Allow loot tracking threshold to be an ilvl instead of just rarity

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Master loot an item, loot popup comes up

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Right now, the auto loot popup comes up when anyone loots an item based on
the color of the item (I have it set to purple).  I'd love a way to specify
a minimum item level instead - that way I don't have to worry about 10 man
loot or random 5 man purples being looted, the popup can be annoying in
those settings

How about simply adding a check box to disable the popups?

You can already turn off the pop ups.. I dont want to have to change it every 
time I
do a 10 man vs 25 man raid

Love this idea, but thnk it should be optional to choose ilvl or by rarity
