Feature Request: Option to use Guild Notes Instead of Officer #718

My Guild Leader Would like to keep the officer notes with limited readability 
for actual notes on players, this means this section is unavailable to use for 
EPGP, but she is willing to remove write capability from average members of the 
normal notes.  So I would like to be able to use this if the feature could be 
added to the addon.
