This is quite strange. The trouble starts with a failure to get a ProjectStore object in ProjectManagerActivity. I have no idea what was causing that -- perhaps there was some file access issue, but in that case you'd expect it to fail earlier upon creation of the FileStorageProvider. Then when it tries to display an error dialog to report about the ProjectStore problem the app crashes due to some Android-internal error triggered at AlertDialog#show(). I doubt this is related to the ProjectStore problem, although it's possible that both were caused by the same underlying problem. I googled a bit but I find almost no information about this "failed to register input channel" exception.
