Release on Apple App Store #2

I have tested (and would do additional testing later on) the app on iOS emulator, but can't test on an actual device without Apple Developer Account.

@EmpressNaledi and @mukih, an idea where to get a publisher would be great... Also, we would need to get in touch with a publisher each time an update is released (or any other changes must be made). I don't believe it's worth to apply for a Developer Account on Apple just for one app, as it is 99 USD per year.

Also, I found that the Apple Developer Program is free for universities, but I'm not a student and cannot apply for it: https://developer.apple.com/programs/ios/university/

Try to contact the UCL Advances about this http://www.ucl.ac.uk/advances/advances-programmes/applab they might be able to help.

There was no response in 3 months. An alternative should be discussed (if App Store release is needed at all).
