Fix running on Docker #404

For some (unknown to me - but due to GDAL installation) reason GeoKey was not running inside Docker anymore - container could not be built.

I had to switch to a container that provides GDAL already.

If you know a better solution - please let me know.

P.S. Updated Dockerize to the latest version.

Coverage remained the same at 91.428% when pulling 3a5226fbec5115c84feb5592d87aea7cdaf43d38 on bugfix/install-gdal-with-docker into 537654e0a2ffdac871cb96e2f72b06c4e0962eea on master.

Thanks for looking into this Julius. Shouldn't we also update the Dockerize version in the Docker file? See comment above.
